  • Manage relationships with buyers and account managers on the merchant side

  • Contract negotiations and review terms

  • Responsible for leading daily e-commerce operation, including sales, promotions, data analysis, digital merchandising

  • Measure and report performance of all eCommerce sales, digital marketing campaigns, and operational cost (ROI and KPIs) for EVP

  • Lead the design and monitoring of advertising campaigns and refine as necessary based on data feedback

  • Product forecast report and work closely with the warehouse, merchandising, and purchasing team in order to ensure the stock level is met based on its demand and growing trends

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate B2B and B2C customer experience across multiple channels

  • Hands-on experience with marketplace advertising platforms and performance optimization
