Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Design Specialist to support our growing marketing and e-commerce initiatives across CTG Brands Inc. (www.ctgbrands.com), Giftcraft 2025 Inc (www.giftcraft.com) and Malinda Distributors Inc (www.malindawines.com). This role will be responsible for designing and maintaining our websites, CRM user interfaces, and digital launch materials, ensuring consistent brand representation and an engaging user experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with technical understanding of digital platforms, and thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Website & Digital Design
  • Design, update, and maintain website layouts, landing pages, and digital content for CTG, Giftcraft and Malindawines websites.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand assets are effectively showcased online.
  • Optimize web design for mobile responsiveness, visual appeal, and usability.
  • Maintain consistency in brand identity across all online and digital materials.
CRM & UI/UX Support
  • Support the design and layout of CRM and customer portal interfaces (e.g., B2B ordering portals, client dashboards).
  • Collaborate with IT and Sales teams to enhance user experience through intuitive UI design and clear communication flows.
  • Assist in designing email templates, e-newsletters, and digital campaign materials integrated with CRM systems.
Digital Marketing Support
  • Design graphics, banners, and digital collateral for product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate visual content for digital platforms including website, email, and social media.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with overall marketing strategy and campaign objectives.
Maintenance & Optimization
  • Regularly review website content and functionality to ensure accuracy, performance, and relevance.
  • Monitor website analytics and collaborate with the team to suggest improvements in layout and UX.
  • Support photography, video, or other digital asset preparation as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in web design, digital marketing, or visual communication.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign) and UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of EMUN, WordPress, Shopify, or equivalent CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS basics for website edits.
  • Experience with CRM systems (EMUN, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and email campaign tools.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with attention to typography, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
