About the Role

A dynamic leadership role spearheading the client solutions efforts in North America. With a hands-on approach, directly engage in pre-sales activities, pilot project oversight, and high-level client interactions. The ideal candidate excels at both day-to-day customer solutions execution and strategic team leadership. The role is remote in Canada or USA, Eastern Hours, with regular travel.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership in customer engagement and project delivery across the customer journey whilst managing a high performing team
  • Leading solution workshops, partnering with sales to align customer needs with capabilities, maximizing value
  • Oversee Pilot Program Management, proof-of-concept initiatives and secure successful transition to contract signing
  • Work closely with the Implementation to ensure seamless pilot-to-full-deployment transitions, providing technical and strategic guidance through to adoption
  • Foster strong customer relationships, building trust and collaboration, address challenges to ensure project success, redesign customer process flows
  • Availability to travel up to 50%

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in hands-on leadership roles, balancing execution with team management
  • Background in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, pre-sales, or pilot project management in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in implementation and onboarding processes, managing pilot-to-deployment transitions
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships including leading workshops
  • Exceptional project management skills with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Experience with energy, utilities and/or construction clients
  • Data-driven approach, able to translate results into actionable insights and ROI projections
  • Must be based near an airport for customer-facing travel
