Directive Consulting is seeking a Director of Creative to lead the Performance Design department. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team of designers and motion contractors, shaping the creative vision while aligning with performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Over 5+ years in creative roles within performance marketing, paid media, or growth-focused agency environments.
• Proven track record in managing creative teams and balancing creative quality with business outcomes.
• Comfortable presenting department strategy and financial projections to VPs and CMOs, as well as reviewing a creative brief.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision and quality standard for the Performance Design department.
• Ensure all work meets craft and conversion benchmarks, and is built to perform.
• Review and elevate creative across paid social, display, video, and landing page formats.
• Build systems and workflows to support excellent creative output for clients.
• Lead and manage the department’s P&L, margins, and resourcing decisions.
• Lead adoption of AI creative tools and integrate AI into production workflows.
