Directive Consulting is seeking a Creative Director to lead the Performance Design team in a remote-first setup. You’ll manage design, project management, and motion contractors, shaping strategy, people development, and the department’s P&L while ensuring high-quality, measurable creative output.

You’ll partner with paid media and client success to keep output data-informed, and you’ll drive efficiency and innovation through AI-enabled workflows, with an annual salary range of CAD

Formación

• 5+ years in creative roles within performance marketing, paid media, or growth-focused agency environments.
• Proven track record in managing creative teams and balancing creative quality with business outcomes.
• Comfortable presenting department strategy and financial projections to VPs and CMOs.

Responsabilidades

• Own the creative vision and quality standard for the Performance Design department.
• Ensure all work meets craft and conversion benchmarks—great looking and built to perform.
• Review and elevate creative across paid social, display, video, and landing page formats.
• Build systems and workflows that support excellent creative output for clients.
• Ensure campaigns are driven by performance rather than just ads.
• Practice testing and learning to improve results.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop our DiscoverabilityOS-driven process.
