Job summary

Sun Life Financial in Canada is seeking a senior Communications & Experience Strategy leader to drive integrated communications, creative direction, and engagement across advisor events and recognition programs. You will translate business objectives into compelling experiences and lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-impact events and digital experiences.

Qualifications

University degree in journalism, advertising, marketing or communications.
5+ years of experience leading complex marcom strategy creation and execution.
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes integrated communications, creative, and engagement strategies that support recognition programs, conferences, events, and business initiatives.
Owns the end-to-end engagement strategy for signature events, translating business objectives into compelling experiences.
Leads the development of event themes, messaging frameworks, storytelling approaches, executive communications, scripts, recognition programming, and multimedia experiences.
Measures and evaluates communications and event effectiveness using insights and data.
