Job summary

Purchaseyourfreedom seeks a Director of Business Services to build and lead an enterprise-minded operations support function that enables growth. This in-office role is based in Sherwood Park or Calgary, and requires proximity to the sites in Alberta, Canada.

You will oversee HR, Health, Safety & Environment, Finance, Marketing, Sales/Business Development and process improvements, driving a scalable operating system and strong leadership across teams to reduce executive bottlenecks and

• High-performing operating system strategy, people development, meetings, communication, metrics and accountability operating consistently across the company.
• Proactive, integrated Business Services support functions viewed by Operations as high-value business partners that help teams run, maintain, grow and scale.
• Predictable commercial performance Sales/BD and Marketing operating against clear targets, with the Director accountable for team performance, pipeline discipline and commercial systems.
• Scalable organizational capability Finance, HR, HSE and business processes able to support growth without creating unnecessary complexity or executive bottlenecks.
• Strong leaders and ownership functional leaders and their teams increasingly own decisions and results at the appropriate level, reducing dependency on the CEO and Directors.
