Desjardins Group is seeking a Manager, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, Internal Audit, to lead the DGMO data, analytics and AI strategy. Reporting to the Director of Analytics, Innovation and Operational Efficiency, you will guide a team of specialists to maximize business value, strengthen controls and accelerate a data-driven transformation for audit and insurance priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, engineering, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of nine years of relevant experience in data, analytics, AI or digital transformation, including 4 years in management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and develop the vision, directions and roadmap for data, analytics and artificial intelligence to maximize business value for internal audit and insurance priorities.
• Speed up the digital transformation of audit by leveraging data, automation and advanced analytics.
• Strengthen the function’s capacities by developing expertise, tools and data-driven management practices.
• Lead high-impact initiatives in analytics, continuous auditing, predictive modelling and AI.
• Ensure quality, governance and responsible use of analytical solutions for informed decisions.
• Advise executives on opportunities, challenges, risks and impacts of data and AI.
• Mobilize partners to achieve the function’s objectives and investments.
• Position analytics as a driver in the three lines of defence partnership.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of data scientists and AI specialists.
