Cover Genius in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Director of Product, Commerce to own strategy and execution across retail partnerships, logistics, and the gig economy. You will lead a growing product team, partnering with executives to shape AI-powered protection products that scale with partners and customers.

This hybrid role requires a track record of delivering revenue and customer value in high-growth environments, with strong stakeholder management and a hands-on approach to product leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Product Management with at least 3 years leading PM teams.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of a product domain and revenue outcomes.
• Experience in commerce, marketplaces, logistics, fintech, or embedded products with large enterprise partners.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Commerce domain.
• Lead end-to-end product development and customer experience across partnerships and POS.
• Design and launch new protection products for commerce partners.
• Lead vendor evaluation and manage third-party providers.
• Coach and develop a team of product managers.
• Collaborate with commercial, partnerships, engineering, design, underwriting, and operations.
• Translate partner needs into measurable product value.
• Prioritize investments across the portfolio based on value and feasibility.
• Establish and track key product metrics (attach rate, conversion, GWP, CSAT).
• Communicate strategy and progress to executives and partners.
