Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Director of Product to own the roadmap, delivery, and evolution of the core automotive data platform. You will lead a small product management team and collaborate closely with engineering and data science to translate data into high-value client-facing products.

The role requires strong ownership of strategic direction and day-to-day execution, with a genuine interest in exploring AI-powered enhancements and new approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/DS/Engineering/Business.
• Experience leading data-heavy platforms or analytics products.
• Strong AI/ML feature productization knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage roadmaps and deliver results across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end platform strategy, roadmap, and value metrics.
• Lead a product team focused on data presentation, dashboards, and AI features.
• Translate business needs into technical specs with engineering and data science.
• Define AI evaluation criteria and ensure trustworthy outputs.
• Drive customer and market discovery to inform product direction.
• Coordinate go-to-market with sales, marketing, and success teams.
• Manage relationships with leadership and external partners.
