Job summary

Agropur Cooperative seeks a Director of Management Accounting to lead the management accounting operations for Canada manufacturing plants. You will partner with the Manufacturing VP to deliver accurate financial information and drive results across 10 plants.

Role requires CPA/CMA preferred, 5+ years of leadership in finance, and strong budgeting and cost-analysis capabilities in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in a business environment.
• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written, required.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP Manufacturing and leadership teams across 10 plants with financial decisions.
• Explain monthly results and build necessary reports.
• Provide KPI reporting to Operations.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and results analysis programs.
• Ensure internal controls safeguards and audit readiness.
