Job summary

Food Process Solutions invites an experienced AssociateDirector, Finance to lead the company’s finance and tax planning, reporting, budgeting and internal controls. You will work with senior management and cross-functional teams across operations, sales, and engineering to optimize financial performance and global tax strategy.

The role requires CPA designation, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CPA designation.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including management-level experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls and global tax planning.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting systems.
  • Experience with manufacturing, engineering, project-based businesses, or international operations is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management across different functions and countries.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Company's finance and accounting functions and provide strategic financial and tax guidance to senior management.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and ensure information is accurate and compliant with accounting standards.
  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting and monitor actual results vs budgets.
  • Prepare financial analyses, management reports, cash flow forecasts, and other financial information to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls, financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage banking relationships and support financing, credit facilities and other corporate financial initiatives to all Group entities.
  • Coordinate year-end audits, tax filings and other external reporting requirements.
  • Work with operations, sales, engineering, project management and other departments to improve financial performance and cost management.
  • Provide financial oversight and support to subsidiaries and international operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, reporting and operational efficiency.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic AssociateDirector, Finance to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Company's financial and tax planning, reporting, accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal control functions while providing financial insights and support to senior management and business operations.
