About the Role:

In this role, you will be a key business partner for our Client, responsible for ensuring the achievement of their business goals. You will provide strategic guidance within the media group to develop innovative Communications Plans. Additionally, you will mentor supporting planning staff and support the company's values daily.

Your Impact:

• Advise on all Communications matters within the agency's scope
• Oversee and approve client communications strategies
• Ensure recommendations align with client marketing objectives
• Lead media efforts integration
• Take responsibility for media implementation
• Manage responses to requests and resolve complex issues
• Decide on new media opportunities' appropriateness
• Provide counsel to media and product teams
• Ensure quality control of media stewardship
• Manage profitability of client accounts
• Guide planning staff on strategic insights
• Manage internal resources effectively
• Build senior-level client partnerships
• Support media staff training and career development
• Mentor team members in media, marketing, and leadership
• Stay informed on market events impacting clients
• Keep updated on media trends and educate teams
• Participate in networking, hiring, and team evaluations

Your Qualifications:

• 7+ years in media/communication planning with leadership experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience
• Client service experience
• Strong leadership, delegation, and mentorship skills
• Knowledge of syndicated tools (DDS, Prisma, DCM, DBM, Vividata)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
