About Corinex
Corinex is at the forefront of the global decarbonization movement, empowering prosumers to generate and consume electricity from distributed energy resources (DERs) such as renewable energy, EVs, heat pumps, and batteries. This decentralized approach to electricity generation and consumption introduces challenges like unpredictable power quality fluctuations and surges, creating significant opportunities for innovation. As a leading Cleantech company, Corinex provides advanced technology solutions that enhance grid flexibility and visibility. Our high-speed, secure connectivity solutions enable comprehensive monitoring and control of DERs over existing utility powerline infrastructure. Our standardized solutions have positioned us as industry leaders, demonstrated by our rapid international growth and sustained profitability.

We pride ourselves on fostering a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative work environment that thrives on an entrepreneurial spirit. Certified as a Great Place to Work, our employees are integral to our success. We seek professionals who are passionate about making a global impact, bringing energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and an open mind to their work.

We work hard but also know how to play and laugh, always with respect. We enjoy leading in our field and value risk-takers, visionaries, and those with strong execution skills.

If you are excited about contributing to global decarbonization through innovative, market-validated technology, we want to hear from you!

About The Job
We are seeking a strategic, technically fluent Director of Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts—shaping brand positioning, driving B2B demand generation, and strengthening investor and partner communications.

This is not a consumer-facing role. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in B2B marketing within a deep tech, infrastructure, or energy sector, with the ability to communicate technical value to utilities, regulators, and institutional stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone who can combine content strategy, digital execution, and investor storytelling to accelerate commercial and strategic outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership
    • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with Corinex’s business priorities in grid management and grid flexibility solutions using BPL technologies.
    • Establish a clear and differentiated positioning for Corinex in a fast-evolving grid modernization landscape.
    • Build and manage a scalable marketing infrastructure based on KPIs, digital tools, and campaign performance.

Content Marketing & Technical Storytelling

  • Lead content strategy across whitepapers, blog articles, use cases, investor presentations, and technical documents.
  • Translate complex engineering and infrastructure concepts into clear, compelling messaging for utility decision-makers, public officials, and funding partners.
  • Ensure messaging is tailored to B2B decision journeys, with strong technical relevance and industry credibility.

Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Own execution of all digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, CRM integration, and conversion funnel optimization.
  • Manage website strategy, landing pages, newsletters, and lead-generation tools.
  • Align with sales and product teams to ensure demand generation efforts support commercial targets and go-to-market plans.
  • Improve direct communications to grid operators and ensure a satisfactory onboarding journey. Lead company training sessions and develop customer satisfaction KPIs.

Investor & External Stakeholder Communication

  • Design and maintain investor communication materials, including pitch decks, fact sheets, and milestone announcements.
  • Support capital raising and corporate development through strategic positioning and narrative development.
  • Lead coordination with PR agencies and media outlets when needed—experience in media relations or communications is a plus.

Team Management & Cross-functional Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
  • Establish collaborative processes with sales, product, and executive stakeholders.
  • Own the marketing budget and ensure resource allocation delivers measurable outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of B2B marketing leadership experience in deep tech, energy, telecommunications, industrial SaaS, or infrastructure-related sectors.
  • Strong content development background with ability to create and oversee materials tailored to utility, government, or enterprise audiences.
  • Proven success in strategic messaging, demand generation, and investor communications.
  • Familiarity with grid, energy, or critical infrastructure industries is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with modern marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, CMS).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills—comfortable communicating at both executive and technical levels.
  • Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working directly with utilities, regulators, or public-private partnerships.
  • Background in media relations or corporate communications.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks or industry associations in the energy space.
