We are seeking an experienced and visionaryDigital Marketing Directorto lead our digital marketing strategy and execution. This role will be instrumental in shaping how we engage both B2C and B2B audiences through digital channels.

You'll lead a talented team focused on optimizing our website experience, executing high-performing campaigns, and driving engagement across paid media and marketing automation platforms.

You will bring strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and paid platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is data-driven, and has a passion for building experiences that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across B2C and B2B audiences
  • Oversee the performance, user experience, and optimization of the Think Research website portfolio
  • Manage full-funnel digital campaigns across paid media platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
  • Design and execute automated marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and member engagement
  • Set and monitor digital KPIs; regularly analyze performance data and implement improvements based on insights
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to scale campaigns and digital innovation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, sales, and IT teams to align digital initiatives with business goals

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a mix of B2C and B2B strategy and execution
  • 3+ years in a leadership role, with demonstrated success managing and developing a team
  • Experience in a media or online publishing company
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.) and knowledge of data automation tools including Zapier, Postman and webhooks
  • Strong project management skills and experience with work management tools such as Smartsheet
  • Expertise in managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Solid understanding of website optimization, Wordpress and Elementor, SEO best-practices, and performance tracking (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Proven success collaborating with agencies and external vendors
  • Data- and results-driven mindset, with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in marketing to healthcare or professional audiences is a strong asset
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus
