RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to complete day-to-day HR operational work in recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, leaves of absence, accommodations, and scheduling;
  • Lead benefits management, performance reviews, compensation research, vacation planning, HR policy revisions, health and wellness, and equity, diversity, and inclusion programs;
  • Ensure data entry and integrity of all HR systems, tools, files, and documentation; generate and share data-driven insights to increase HR team efficiency; and
  • As a member of the leadership team, provide recommendations to support business objectives and oversee one direct report responsible for professional support staff.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Five+ years of education and/or experience in HR or related field; CPHR designation is preferred;
  • Current and ongoing knowledge of legislative compliance related to employment, labour, and health & safety legislation, as well as trends in HR practices;
  • Ability to maintain professional judgment, confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, and discretion at all times;
  • Experience in a dynamic, complex, and nuanced Professional Services environment is an asset.
