Job summary

BlueRock Therapeutics is seeking a senior leader to provide strategic and technical leadership for the development and execution of delivery device systems supporting our combination cell therapy portfolio.

The role ensures alignment from early development through clinical stages and commercialization readiness, with cross-functional collaboration across Device Development, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and External Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Biomedical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in medical device development with senior leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex device programs from concept to commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead medical device development strategy for the company’s combination product portfolio.
• Drive integrated development plans and regulatory strategies across device, clinical, regulatory, quality and manufacturing teams.
