Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a Director, Regulatory Compliance Reporting to lead global compliance reporting for the Enterprise CCO. You will work with senior Compliance teams to assess risks, develop KRI metrics and provide clear insights for Board and senior management.

In a hybrid environment, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across jurisdictions to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable risk reporting, shaping Sun Life’s regulatory posture while maintaining high standards of integrity.

Qualifications

• University degree in law, finance, business, risk management or related field.
• 7+ years in a regulated industry, with prior experience preparing reporting for a Board, senior executive management, committee or regulator.
• Proficiency in data visualization and the development of Power Point decks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly, annual and ad hoc Board and committee reporting on behalf of the Enterprise Chief Compliance Officer.
• Develop global reporting methodologies for compliant risk reporting across the enterprise.
• Craft narratives to explain changes, significance, emerging risks and required actions.
