Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Head of Compliance to provide enterprise-wide strategic leadership for regulatory and corporate compliance programs. You will set the direction, oversee licensing and risk management, and partner with senior leadership to ensure best-in-class compliance across all jurisdictions.

The role requires extensive experience in compliance within financial services or insurance, executive communication, and the ability to drive policy and program governance across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, or related function.
• Deep expertise in regulatory requirements applicable to insurance and financial services.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide compliance programs across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for CRC’s enterprise compliance function and implement frameworks and standards.
• Lead compliance operations including licensing, licensing checks, and agency appointments.
• Partner with General Counsel to identify and mitigate enterprise risks; report on regulatory developments.
• Develop and improve enterprise-wide monitoring and audit programs with timely remediation.
• Ensure CRC’s operations comply with applicable state and federal regulatory obligations.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry groups.
• Lead policy development and ensure consistency across regions and units.
• Champion ethical conduct and lead compliance culture across CRC Group.
