Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a Reporting & Insights Lead to establish and own the reporting strategy across Canada, US, and GWAM. You will translate data into clear narratives, enabling leaders to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.

You will collaborate with business and analytics teams to standardize KPI definitions, develop executive-level reporting, and advance outcome-based insights while guiding reporting standards across units.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting, BI, analytics, insights, or strategy roles.
• Ability to translate complex data into concise business recommendations.
• Experience presenting insights to executive leadership.
• Knowledge of contact center, customer experience, or digital channel reporting is a plus.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a unified reporting and insights strategy across Amazon Connect.
• Establish KPI definitions, measurement standards, and reporting methodologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and prioritise insights.
• Transform data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Create executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reviews.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through proactive analysis.
• Collaborate with tech and data teams to align reporting solutions with business needs.
• Reduce duplication and improve consistency across reporting assets.
• Define success measures for strategic initiatives with outcome-based reporting.
