The Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT) is seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Financial Reporting to lead and manage our budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting functions.

The Director, Financial Reporting will be responsible for managing the Institute's budgeting, financial analysis, and internal and external reporting functions, as well as providing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and advisory services internally to the executive team and SIIT managers.

The primary responsibilities include managing and directing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting functions. The incumbent will oversee the establishment of financial work plans, procedures, reporting systems, and supervise the financial reporting team. The role involves handling highly sensitive and confidential information, balancing tight deadlines, and ensuring compliance with GAAP, legal, and contractual requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience: A degree or postgraduate degree in Business/Accounting and a CPA designation are required. A minimum of six years of senior financial experience is required; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
