Salary Range: $90K to $95K per year

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experiencedFP&A Manager on a 3-month contract basis to support financial leadership during a temporary leave. In this pivotal role, you will manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making, and oversee a small, collaborative finance team — all while staying hands-on with execution.

This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to an organization creating real impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead theannual budgeting processandquarterly reforecastingfor all departments and programs
  • Provide detailedfinancial analysis and reportingto support leadership decision-making
  • Oversee preparation and review ofbusiness case financial reviewsfor new initiatives
  • Manage and mentor a team of three staff members, providing guidance and support on day-to-day finance activities
  • Maintain and improveNetSuite ERP system usagefor planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Partner with operational leaders to enhance budget ownership and financial literacy across departments
  • Supportad hoc analysis, presentations, and financial modeling as needed
What You Bring
  • CPA designation (or equivalent experience in FP&A leadership roles)
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
  • Prior experience inNetSuiteis highly preferred
  • Strong Excel and data visualization skills
  • Ability to lead with both strategy and execution — hands-on and collaborative
  • Empathy, professionalism, and a strong alignment with company’s values and mission
  • Experience in not-for-profit or social impact organizations is an asset but not required
  • Duration:Minimum 3 months, with possibility of extension
  • Schedule:Full-time hours preferred (some flexibility possible)
  • Compensation:$95,000 annualized (pro-rated for contract duration)
