Job summary

Apotex Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to oversee and optimize partnerships with external manufacturing and supply partners, including CMOs/CPOs, in-licensing and co-development partnerships.

You will manage operational relationships and drive alignment with business objectives across a matrix organization. Qualifications

• 10+ years external manufacturing & supply in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience managing partner relationships
• Proven executive level communications skills in a matrix environment
• Experience with sterile manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish high-performing governance frameworks for CMOs/CPOs in collaboration with Alliance Management
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity and alignment with business goals
• Oversee contract execution, updates, renewals with Legal and Procurement
• Participate in due diligence for in-licensing deals and co-development partnerships
• Lead performance reviews with external partners and monitor KPIs to drive improvement
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies across the external manufacturing portfolio
