The Director, Global Business Resiliency is a business critical role responsible for the development/maturation, implementation and day-to-day operation of the business resiliency program in support of all Apotex sites, functions, processes, and products. The role will operate at both the strategic (vision, strategy, planning) and tactical (execution and continuous improvement) levels, and will partner cross-functionally across the business at all levels, including senior leadership. The role will be directly responsible for maturing and implementing crisis management and business recovery/continuity plans, and will partner closely with EHS, Physical Security and IT to drive alignment across emergency response and disaster recovery, and ensure a single, cohesive and aligned business resiliency capability. This role provides the opportunity to oversee a global program that directly supports Apotex’s ability to grow and maintain a reliable and continuous supply of medical and health products to patients globally.
