What you’ll do

  • Significant experience in one or more of the following fields: regulatory compliance, risk management, ethics, governance, privacy, law, audit, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) and proven ability in oral and written communication.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience integrating regulatory compliance or privacy programs into enterprise risk management.
  • Experience building relationships with federal oversight bodies or counterparts at Canadian Crown corporations.
  • Experience developing learning, coaching, or communication strategies to raise awareness and strengthen organizational standards.
  • Excellent judgment, rigorous analytical thinking, and a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
