Job summary

Top Aces Inc. seeks a Director of Data Management and BI to lead the enterprise data function, govern data across aviation operations, maintenance, supply chain, finance, safety, and HR, and drive trusted analytics.

Reporting to the CIO, you will define data ownership, architecture standards, and data products, align initiatives with the business strategy, ensure compliance with export controls, and enable leaders to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/analytics or related field.
• 10+ years in data management, analytics, BI, or data architecture.
• At least 5 years leading teams or cross-functional programs.
• Aerospace/defense experience strongly preferred.
• Ramco experience is a significant asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise data and BI strategy aligned with business goals.
• Define data governance, ownership, stewardship, architecture standards, and delivery methods across teams.
• Chair or support the enterprise data governance council and maintain a prioritized roadmap.
• Establish data segregation, access controls, and ITAR/export controls considerations where applicable.
• Lead the design and delivery of executive, operational, and functional dashboards with trusted data sources.
• Build an enterprise performance framework connecting data across domains to business outcomes.
• Foster governed self-service analytics while protecting sensitive data.
