Job summary

Top Aces Inc. in Dorval, Canada, seeks a Director of Data Management and Business Intelligence to lead the enterprise data function across aviation operations, maintenance, supply chain, finance, and safety. You will define governance, protection, and usage standards while building trusted data products and decision-ready analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data management, analytics, BI, enterprise applications, or data architecture, including at least five years leading teams or major cross-functional programs.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, MRO, or another highly regulated industry is strongly preferred.
• Direct experience with Ramco is an asset; experience with comparable aviation or enterprise platforms is also relevant.
• Ability to operate across countries, legal entities, or security domains, including Canada and the United States, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise data strategy and operating model, aligned with business strategy and technology roadmap.
• Lead data governance, quality, and protection across corporate and regional teams.
• Develop target data architecture, data contracts, and platform standards (RAMCO, Azure, Power BI).
• Lead BI dashboards and performance management across operational and executive domains.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Legal, Export Compliance, and program security to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance.
