Job summary

StandardAero in Winnipeg, MB, invites an experienced Customer Director - Energy to lead strategic, operational, and financial objectives for our Winnipeg Energy MRO programs. You will shape customer relationships with OEMs, drive performance, and oversee budgets, programs, and cross‑functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, commerce, engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in customer service/account management in aerospace or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of the management team, contributing to strategic planning, budgets, business goals and outcomes for the Energy business.
• Lead customer and OEM relationships across Energy programs, ensuring requirements and performance objectives are understood and communicated.
• Provide leadership and oversight for customer service, program management and cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Manage assigned budgets and contribute to business plans, forecasts, quotes and growth initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across customer programs, identifying opportunities to improve processes and margins.
• Oversee OEM relationships across Energy products, including license agreements and KPI performance.
• Lead S&OP processes and program reviews for Energy products and accounts, resolving gaps and actions.
• Monitor customer needs, satisfaction, program performance and profitability, addressing risks and opportunities.
• Oversee Energy sales operations, including rental assets, warranties and strategy to grow the business.
• Lead and develop the team through hiring, training and performance management.
