Psycho Bunny is seeking a Director, eCommerce & Paid Media to drive direct sales and optimize paid media investments. In this role, you'll develop growth strategies, manage teams, and enhance customer experiences, all while working in a vibrant and inclusive environment.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief, Digital, Marketing & Customer Experience, the Director, eCommerce & Paid Media is tasked with driving Psycho Bunny direct sales and Customer Lifetime Value from its eCommerce sites and Marketplaces, as well as optimizing the company’s investment in Paid Media. For both of these portfolios, the Director will develop and implement cross-functional growth strategies as well as lead day-to-day team activities. Key to success will be an ability to balance data-driven strategic thinking with pragmatic operational decision-making, as well as an expertise in leveraging technology to support business goals.
