ATB Financial is seeking a Director, Diversified Credit to lead sound credit adjudication, profitable growth and management of our Business Banking/Capital Markets loan portfolios. As ATB's next Director, Diversified Credit, you will be responsible for providing positive adjudication, profitable growth and management of ATB's Business Banking/Capital Markets loan portfolios. Generally, this will encompass Diversified and/or specialized industry transactions. Support is also provided to other general or industry-specialized adjudicators.
As with all Credit positions, this role primarily focuses on reviewing and making sound credit decisions on all credit applications received within the assigned area. The Director will support the growth of a quality book of business, uphold the Credit brand, and align with ATB's Credit Risk Philosophy and Appetite.
This position has a hybrid work arrangement. On average, this means 3 days on-site per week. Please note that this is subject to change due to business priorities.
