ATB Financial is seeking a Credit Realization Manager to oversee a portfolio of impaired business and agricultural files. You will bring a forensic mindset to untangle complex cases, guide clients through challenging times, and safeguard ATB’s interests with high-value decisions.

As ATB’s next Credit Realization Manager (CRM), you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of impaired business and agricultural files. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-directed professional who thrives on variety, critical thinking, and impactful decision-making. In this dynamic role, you are much more than a risk manager—you are a trusted strategist. By blending empathy with professional scrutiny, you will guide clients through challenging times while confidently safeguarding ATB’s interests. You will have the autonomy to make high-value decisions, balancing client care with robust risk mitigation to turn challenging defaults into successful resolutions.
This position has a hybrid work arrangement. On average, this means 3 days on-site per week. Please note that this is subject to change due to business priorities.
