As the Director of Digital Lifecycle Marketing, you will have primary leadership responsibility for leading the strategy, roadmap and execution of all marketing messaging in owned channels including, but not limited to, email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging. This includes growth of reach and engagement through those assets and launching and growing adoption of compelling digital solutions for customers. The role will build and manage all elements of our CRM channel segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
