To strengthen and secure our digital initiatives, we are creating a new role for a leadership position in digital governance. This professional will play a key role in establishing, implementing, and overseeing digital governance frameworks across diverse, innovative projects for our clients—from large public organizations to ambitious startups.

Main Areas of Digital Governance Leadership

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide digital governance strategies to ensure information integrity, security, compliance, and digital quality
  • Define and implement digital policies, standards, and guidelines that align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and client expectations
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders, legal teams, IT, and digital product teams to oversee digital risk management and privacy programs
  • Monitor the effectiveness of governance frameworks, including data protection, accessibility, and digital ethics
  • Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives relating to digital governance
  • Facilitate training, awareness, and change management activities to advance digital governance maturity across the organization and client projects
  • Represent E3 in client meetings and industry forums on digital governance trends, best practices, and compliance
  • Build a strong culture of accountability and excellence in digital operations, supporting sustainable and secure digital growth

Experience And Skills In Digital Governance

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital governance, IT risk management, digital compliance, or information security
  • Detailed knowledge of information governance frameworks, data protection (such as PIPEDA, GDPR), digital risk, or compliance requirements
  • Experience developing and implementing digital governance policies and procedures within complex or regulated environments
  • Strong background collaborating with business, technology, legal, and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to oversee enterprise digital assets, privacy programs, and risk reduction strategies
  • Clear understanding of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and digital transformation trends
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., IT, law, public administration, business). Advanced degree or certifications (CIPM, CIPP, CGEIT, etc.) are considered assets.
