The Toronto Symphony Orchestra is hiring a Director, Development Operations to lead the systems, data and insight behind TSO fundraising, including prospect strategy, Tessitura and gift administration.

This full-time role reports to the Chief Development Officer and manages the Development Operations team, with a Toronto location offering hybrid or flexible remote work.

Formación

• 8+ years in development operations, advancement services or analytics, including leading managers.
• Campaign operations experience including gift counting, pledge management, board reporting.
• Advanced enterprise fundraising CRM experience; Tessitura is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of CRA receipting, gift acceptance, and Canadian privacy and anti-spam law.
