5+ years of experience leading enterprise data governance programs
Experience leading data transformation programs
Experience with complex, regulated organizations
Strong executive communication and facilitation skills
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional programs
Knowledge of data ownership, stewardship, and governance operating models

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day execution of the ELT Delegate Activation Program.
Coordinate executive onboarding, workshops, and briefings with senior leaders.
Facilitate data landscape assessments and establish Data Governance Forums.
