Wage: $155,000 - $175,000 Annual Salary Based on Experience
Shifts: Monday - Friday Daytime Hours.

Location: May sit in either Mississauga, ON or Calgary, AB - Fully Onsite Role.
Travel: 30 percent Travel Required.

This executive role is accountable for operational performance, financial results, customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous improvement for a major telecommunications customer. As a trusted customer partner and Ryder leader, you will deliver operational excellence, achieve financial targets, strengthen customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate brings extensive warehouse and supply chain leadership experience, a strong commitment to LEAN principles, and the ability to build high-performing teams across multiple locations. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of Ryder’s logistics operations through innovation, customer partnership, and operational leadership. Depending on the customer requirements, additional areas of responsibility may include transportation, packaging and/or reverse logistics.
This position is responsible for leading, guiding, training and directing location managers including GLM I and GLM II at assigned accounts.
