- Leads and executes business development plans to meet or exceed business goals.

- Provides deal structuring expertise and adapts to knowledge base needs.

Qualifications:
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and a related post-secondary degree or equivalent.
- Industry knowledge combined with education and experience.
- In-depth/verbal & written communication skills.
- Expertise in analytical, problem-solving, influence, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity effectively.
