Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales and targets as per business plans, continuously improving work processes for sales, service management, risk, and compliance.
  2. Optimize opportunities through deal teams and sales calls to maximize business success.
  3. Influence the strategic direction of the line of business, assisting with development, prioritization, and implementation of business, technology, sales, and service initiatives.
  4. Lead and execute business development plans to meet or exceed goals.
  5. Implement cross-selling initiatives and transition clients into sales.
  6. Provide deal structuring expertise and identify issues, gaps, and process improvements through communication and monitoring productivity.
  7. Collaborate on ideas, client solutions, sector marketing, and deliver timely solutions.
  8. Advise senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives based on in-depth business understanding.
  9. Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and policies.
  10. Develop business cases, analyze options, and assess ROI.
  11. Advise on sales strategy, network with industry contacts, and manage databases in line with data governance standards.
  12. Lead change management programs, manage portfolio risk, and oversee review processes.
  13. Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to policies for the bank’s safety.
  14. Lead operational programs, act as the daily sales contact, and support sales activities like pitch preparation and client research.
  15. Track requests, ensure timely billing, and improve sales support materials.
  16. Gather research data, assist with sales administration, and maintain current client information.
  17. Serve as a resource to senior leaders, address complex situations creatively, and implement trend-based changes.
  18. Broader responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Typically 7+ years of relevant experience with a related post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Industry knowledge, excellent communication, analytical, influence, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.

Salary: $84,000.00 - $156,000.00

Pay Type: Salaried
