Zeno Group Canada is seeking a Director, Creator Marketing to lead integrated creator programs for a portfolio of clients in Canada. You will bring deep knowledge of the Canadian creator and talent landscape to strategy and execution, working closely with clients, creators and cross-functional teams to connect insights and trends with brand objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, public relations, integrated communications or related fields.
• Deep understanding of the Canadian creator ecosystem.
• Proven success developing and leading creator strategies that support brand and business objectives.
• Experience managing creator partnerships from identification to content development and measurement.
• Strong understanding of paid amplification, measurement and performance frameworks.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and providing strategic counsel.
• Experience leading integrated programs across PR, social, paid media and analytics.
• Strong writing, storytelling and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Collaborative leadership style with curiosity about culture and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead insight-driven creator strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee creator programs from planning through execution, measurement and optimization.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, agents, and industry partners.
• Guide content strategy and platform approaches across TikTok, Instagram and emerging channels.
• Serve as a trusted client advisor, translating insights into clear recommendations.
• Partner with PR, social, paid media, experiential, creative and analytics teams for integrated programs.
• Mentor team members and develop talent within the group.
• Identify opportunities to expand client programs and contribute to new business.
