Job summary

RBC in Toronto is seeking a Director, Compensation to partner with the Senior Director in designing and implementing compensation programs for the Capital Markets division. You will provide expert guidance on compensation policies, initiatives, and analytics while shaping the compensation team and ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will lead base salary and incentive design, own year-end analytics, and collaborate with executives and HR to support major business changes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data and inform decisions.
• Ability to design and implement compensation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Experience in capital markets or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compensation strategies and frameworks.
