Job summary

RBC is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Strategy & Enablement to help steer the strategic direction of the HR function in Toronto. You will support senior executives, partner across HR, and drive initiatives with data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes end-to-end program ownership, collaboration with EXDI, and the creation of executive-ready materials. Ideal candidates have strong analytical and presentation skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating strategic impact.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or enterprise HR roles with proven success leading complex, multi-functional initiatives at scale.

Responsibilities

• Help drive the activation of our HR Strategy and strategic planning process, including building HR’s capabilities and prioritizing initiatives.
• Support CHRO and HR-BMCC OC with engagement on HR Strategy and preparation of Board materials.
• Take end-to-end ownership of workstreams on strategic initiatives and collaborate with RBC functions and EXDI team.
• Build high-standard presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership to enable data-driven decisions.
