Collaborate with Delivery Directors in other regions to ensure that standards and best practices are implemented across all Consulting Services. Ensure that the delivery team is aligned and continuously optimizes our end-to-end workflows so that the client, business development, business advisor, and external network are optimized to meet client expectations. In coordination with the Regional Vice President and business development leads, determine which value-added, non-revenue-generating activities are being carried out in the market in line with the approved strategy. Stay up to date on evolving business trends, market conditions, and client needs in the region. Collaborate with the Head of Expertise and the Solutions Development Team to allocate expertise capacity toward the development and improvement of solutions. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and the development of the delivery team by engaging the team in projects, knowledge sharing, and professional development. Maintain a regular and active presence in the field by joining your team at client meetings and participating in client and community events.
