Job summary
Canadian Tire Financial Services is seeking a Director, BSA Platforms & Practice to lead the strategy and continuous improvement of the enterprise Application Knowledge Hub. You will own the roadmap, governance, and platform reliability, enabling business analysis, architecture, and engineering teams across the organization.
The role drives AI-enabled knowledge search, documentation, and intelligent decision support, while advancing a modern BSA operating model and collaboration platforms.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technology Platforms, Product Enablement, or related fields.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise initiatives.
- Experience leading and building enterprise collaboration or knowledge management platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own and roadmap the enterprise Application Knowledge Hub.
- Establish standards for metadata, taxonomy, and knowledge governance.
- Drive AI enablement and leverage platforms like Microsoft Fabric, Foundry, and AI Agents.
- Lead BSA practices, enablement strategy, templates, and modern operating model.
- Provide strategic ownership of Jira, Confluence, Lucid, Figma, and related tools.
