Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in life insurance, life reinsurance, actuarial consulting, financial technology, actuarial modelling, or enterprise platform implementation.
• Experience leading large-scale implementation, modernization, migration, or transformation projects within actuarial, finance, risk, or insurance technology environments.
• Strong understanding of life and annuity products, reserves, capital, financial reporting, ALM, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale PathWise implementation projects for life and annuity insurers across North America.
• Handle key implementation workstreams including model migration, data integration, testing, reconciliation, workflow design, documentation, training, and production deployment.
• Translate client objectives into delivery plans, target-state solutions, and implementation roadmaps.
• Develop and migrate actuarial models and production processes for valuation, pricing, financial reporting, capital, ALM, and risk management use cases.
• Support governance, issue resolution, risk management, collaboration, post-implementation stabilization, and knowledge transfer.
