Job summary

Aon is seeking an experienced ALM Director, Consultant to join our Global Life Risk Modelling team in Canada. You will help develop sophisticated asset-liability management solutions, support PathWise implementations, and collaborate with global insurance clients on complex financial and investment challenges.

The role requires strong ALM expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to deliver production‑quality analytics in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ALM modeling, investments, or life insurance/pension industries.
• Experience with Bermuda regulatory framework impacting ALM, capital, and product design.
• Proficiency in Monte Carlo simulation for projecting asset/liability cash flows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ALM/LDI models for institutional clients under various regulatory frameworks.
• Provide programming and analytical expertise for ALM risk monitoring, reporting, and portfolio optimization.
• Lead PathWise ALM implementations and expand risk analytics capabilities for clients.
