Job summary

Aon is seeking an experienced ALM Director, Consultant to join our Global Life Risk Modelling team. You will help develop sophisticated asset‑liability management solutions, support PathWise implementations, and work with global insurance clients to solve complex financial and investment challenges.

You will lead ALM modeling initiatives, collaborate with actuarial and investment teams, and contribute to regulatory reporting and capital optimization strategies using PathWise and related tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ALM modeling or life insurance investments.
• Experience in asset allocation, portfolio optimization, and liability matching.
• Knowledge of Bermuda regulatory framework (BSCR, EBS) and regulatory capital.
• Familiarity with index-linked products and capital requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop ALM/LDI models for institutional clients.
• Support PathWise implementations and model governance.
• Provide analytics for ALM risk monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Contribute to sales demonstrations and client proposals.
