Schedule and Benefits:
- 37.5 hours per week

- In-Office: Tuesday to Thursday
- Summer Hours (June to September)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Finance to lead the finance team, overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll, and managing the preparation of financial statements. You will also drive process improvements and automation through our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end closing and preparation of financial statements for multiple divisions.
- Manage the finance team’s daily operations in AR, AP, and payroll.
- Lead year-end audits and cash forecasting.
- Improve systems and processes for financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Lead the annual budget process and financial analysis.
- Oversee ERP customizations and special financial projects.
- Develop KPIs to track team performance.
Skills:
- 10-15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in systems and technology, with a focus on financial operations
- Proven experience owning financial statements and managing complex financial processes
- Must be hands-on, with experience in implementation and process improvement
Team Structure:
- Manage a team 4 direct reports: Assistant Controller, Accountant, AR Supervisor, AP Supervisor
