Are you a seasoned sales professional with deep connections in the architecture and design (A&D) community? Do you have a passion for interior environments and want to represent a curated portfolio of innovative products used in high-profile commercial projects?

A well-established Canadian distributor of premium architectural interior solutions is seeking a bilingual Account Executive to join their team in Montreal. This is a high-visibility business development role where you will work directly with designers, architects, developers, and contractors to ensure products are specified, quoted, and successfully installed on commercial and institutional projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of A&D, developer, and end-user accounts.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings and product presentations to specifiers.
• Translate client design intent into curated product solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (CAD, technical, and customer service) to develop proposals.
• Ensure project schedules, documentation, and installation support are aligned.
• Stay active in the design community through events, networking, and thought leadership.
• Travel occasionally to the Quebec City region (as per business requirements).

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual (French and English) – essential.
• Proven track record in business development or account management within:
• Contract interiors (e.g., surfaces, textiles, wall coverings, lighting, flooring, furniture).
• Strong relationships within the architectural and design community.
• Understanding of project workflows, architectural plans, and construction timelines.
• Excellent organization, autonomy, and follow-through.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
