Karis Disability Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities in Windsor, Ontario. You will help with daily living tasks, promote independence, and support social connections.

The role is permanent, part-time with flex rotation; shifts include days, some evenings, nights, and weekends. A Full G license is required, and relevant education is an asset. Closing date 2026-11-08.

Job description

Direct Support Professional(DSP)employeeswork with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully inthecommunity.Direct Support Professionals recognizepeople's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, andtheysupport people to learn skills for their own growth and development.

Permanent, part-time position//
Flex Rotation, minimum 32hrs bi-weekly, Shifts may include days, afternoons, occasional night shifts and minimum 2 weekends a month. Scheduled shifts will vary week to week based on program needs.//
Wage : $25.18 - $29.46 per hour//
Candidates who reside in or near the communities of Harrow, Essex, McGregor, Cottam, or Amherstburg will be considered an asset//
Full G license is required.//
