Manulife Bank is seeking a motivated professional to directly sell lending solutions, including Manulife One and related products, to clients without an existing advisor relationship. You will manage documents, nurture a strong sales pipeline, and leverage referrals to grow a consumer client portfolio.

Role requires 2+ years in banking/mortgage brokerage, strong underwriting skills, and fluency in English and French to support clients across jurisdictions outside Quebec.

Qualificações

• College or university degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking and mortgage brokerage.
• Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting.
• Experience conducting virtual meetings and presentations.
• Fully bilingual in English and French to support clients from various jurisdictions outside Quebec.

Responsabilidades

• Selling Manulife lending solutions directly to clients with no pre-existing advisor relationship via multiple channels.
• Ensure receipt and packaging of mortgage documents for timely processing.
• Manage a sales pipeline and maintain a high closing rate.
• Follow up on leads from the lead management team.
• Build a client portfolio through referrals for direct lending sales to individuals without advisor connections.
• Identify and execute client direct sales strategies including webinars and events.
• Update CRM (Salesforce) with client interactions to manage the sales pipeline.
• Provide feedback to help improve products and services and identify new opportunities.
